If you reach out to us, please include your location (county, town) and a cellphone number where we can easily text you. Without this contact information, we will be unable to help.
Please Note: quite often, people from New York City and the surrounding area reach out to us for various reasons. We are located in Schoharie County, about an hour west of Albany, in upstate New York. New York City is a good three hours from us. If you are in or near NYC, and need help with a wildlife emergency, please use the “Find a Rehabber” link at the very bottom of this website to locate someone who can help you.
